it means: idle talk or rumor, esp. about the personal or private affairs of others

and THAT! also means talking bad behind someone's back!

and seriously i think all of you should be reflecting on yourself.

one- you are ought to do TEP which means TEACHING ENTERPRISE PROGRAM at this convenience store and not to gossip.

two- and if you gossip, if your friends didn't teach you, i'm teaching you all. gossip is not to let the rest know. and its behind someone's back too. and well done! all of you gossip like in-front of everyone! and...... especially in front of someone who is closely related to the person all of you are talking about.

three- i know tep is free labour, that doesn't mean you are paying school fees to gossip about other students.
